Communications: None Business: 1.) OMESA – Resolution 2016-06 OMESA – Amended Articles of Incorporation – Withdrawal of Approval was moved by Trustee Semans and seconded by Treasurer Stevens. Supervisor Herendeen declared the resolution to adopt on June 29, 2016.
