M-21, Ovid, MI Tuesday, March 10th, 2026 at 6:45 pm Call to Order: Supervisor Herendeen called the meeting to order at 6:46 pm. Board Members Present: Supervisor Mike Herendeen, Clerk Jamie Aldrich, Treasurer Jill Ruess, Trustee Gene Ruess and Trustee Ron Powell Guests Present: Gary Keiger, Carl Chalker, Jodi Medina, Carrie Meisel, Kevin Lenkard, Josh Haley Public Comments: Opened at 6:48 pm Closed at 6:48 pm No Comments Motion to Approve Agenda: Jamie Aldrich made a motion to approve agenda. Jill Ruess seconded the motion. Voice Vote: Ayes: All Nays None Carried Business. 1. Presentation of the FY 26-27 Budget. Board discussed the budget. Jill asked that we move the ARPA funds from the budget line because we don’t get them any longer. Angela suggested we add the $8,000.00 to the new landscaping line for the driveway. Mike asked the word driveway be added to the line item description. Jamie asked about the road budget, Mike said that if we have to make an adjustment later we will. Jill Ruess made a motion to approve the with the move of $8K from ARPA line item to New Landscaping/Driveway line item. Ron Powell seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: J. Aldrich-Yes, M.
